Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, so we try to keep our cancellation rules simple and fair for all guests.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time may be charged one night’s stay or a percentage of the booking amount, depending on the room type and season.
No-show bookings (guest does not arrive and does not inform us) will be charged for the first night in full.
For bookings made through phone or WhatsApp, please cancel through the same channel so the request is processed quickly.
If you paid in advance, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Date changes are subject to availability and may have a price difference depending on the new dates.
