Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, so we try to keep our cancellation rules simple and fair for all guests.

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time may be charged one night’s stay or a percentage of the booking amount, depending on the room type and season.

  • No-show bookings (guest does not arrive and does not inform us) will be charged for the first night in full.

  • For bookings made through phone or WhatsApp, please cancel through the same channel so the request is processed quickly.

  • If you paid in advance, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may have a price difference depending on the new dates.
